I advise clients on reward frameworks and policy design, with particular experience in job evaluation, pay benchmarking and pay structures that respond to an organisations unique challenges, in particular in the Third Sector.

Recent work includes supporting organisations on pay benchmarking best practice to inform market positioning. Creating straightforward, values-driven reward frameworks that drive performance and engagement, advising employers on staying fair and competitive and delivering gender pay gap analysis with clear, actionable recommendations.

I help clients turn complex reward data into simple, effective solutions with clear communication. My focus is on making sure organisations get the best return from their investment in people through fair, consistent, and competitively positioned reward and that People Teams are confident in their approach to setting and managing pay.

Clients and colleagues would describe me as practical, direct, and highly reliable. I combine strong analytical skills with a passion for plain English communication, ensuring reward approaches are both robust and easy to understand and implement.

I have over 15 years of reward experience, having worked in-house predominantly in FMCG and merchanting organisations before moving into consulting across a variety of industries and sectors, including the Third Sector.
