I support clients and consultants across reward projects, with particular strength in benchmarking, research, communication, and practical project support such as contracting.
Recent work includes supporting pay and benefits benchmarking for the UK and globally, producing engaging material for online coaching courses; reviewing and rewriting employee policies drafting client policies including Family Friendly and Agile Working; preparing consultant packs and project resources; creating and processing bespoke surveys.
I help clients and consultants by turning complex or technical reward content into clear, engaging, and easy-to-use materials. My focus is on making information accessible, ensuring project outputs are polished and practical, and supporting delivery across a wide range of engagements.
Clients and colleagues would describe me as creative, and highly organised. I bring a strong eye for detail, a clear communication style, and a proactive approach to supporting both client work and day-to-day business needs.
I joined Reward Heads in 2021 following a degree in English and Creative Writing, which has given me a strong foundation in producing high-quality written content and materials that are both informative and engaging.
