I am a Senior Analyst at Reward Heads, supporting the team with analysis, data handling, and the secure delivery of client work. I am also the firm’s Data Protection Officer and cyber security specialist, helping to ensure that client and business information is managed carefully, securely, and in line with best practice.
I take a structured and methodical approach to my work, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and detail. My role is particularly important in a consultancy that works with sensitive people and reward data, where confidentiality, compliance, and secure systems are essential.
