I support the business and client work across operations, systems, and project delivery, with particular experience in process improvement, digital tools, and content-driven communications.
Recent work includes supporting project management across a wide range of client engagements; leading systems integration and automation work; managing communications, content, and social media; producing monthly briefing reports and podcast support materials; designing surveys and output packs; and supporting benchmarking research, including hard-to-find data.
I help clients and the business by keeping work moving smoothly behind the scenes while improving efficiency, structure, and clarity. My focus is on making processes more joined-up, information easier to manage, and outputs more professional and accessible.
Colleagues would describe me as organised, proactive, and tech-savvy. I combine a practical mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in improving how the business works, whether that is through better systems, sharper content, or more effective project delivery.
I'm also currently studying for a degree in Politics and International Relations, balancing work and study alongside a broad remit across operations, marketing, and client support.
