I work with clients and the wider consulting team on pay benchmarking, data analysis, and reward modelling, with particular experience in National Minimum Wage, benchmarking pay and wider reward, job matching and levelling, and building models for bonus and Annual Salary Review.
I benchmark pay and wider reward, including levelling and job matching roles and submitting data to providers. I've worked with multiple data provides, principally, Willis Towers Watson, Brightmine and AON Radford, and research market insight including policies and case studies on all elements of reward.
I specialise in building models which allow clients to understand their data and test different solutions, particularly for annual salary reviews, pay structures and bonus plans. My focus is on ensuring that analysis is robust, accurate, and directly useful for evaluating pay decisions, salary reviews, and wider reward strategy.
Clients and colleagues would describe me as thorough, analytical, reliable and bringing a non-nonsense 'let's get on with it' approach. I like solving problems and I bring a precise, data-driven approach, ensuring that complex analysis is accurate, well-structured, and easy for clients to use.
Some of my recent work included supporting a minimum wage audit for an organisation with multiple payrolls and worker types. I built a process to pull together, cleanse, and analyse complex pay data, presenting it in a way which allowed exploration of the problem areas. In a more recent project I built a model to automatically extract benchmark data and generate a large number of role specific pay bands in different countries for review.
I have worked as an embedded analyst in reward teams to provide additional resource at times of high demand and worked closely with client teams at an operational level to ensure that they receive something that works for them and that they can use and adapt going forward.
