I advise clients across the full spectrum of reward, with particular experience in reward strategy, Executive alignment, National Minimum Wage compliance, and bonus design.

As CEO of Reward Heads, I work closely with clients to understand their challenges and ensure they are supported by the right expertise within our team. While leading the business, I continue to work directly with clients on complex and high-impact reward projects.

My own recent client work has included supporting an organisation to drive performance without utilising performance ratings for pay and bonus awards; delivering sector-leading pay approaches without reliance on commission and minimum wage top-ups; navigating the complexities of holiday pay; advising Remuneration Committees; and partnering with Executive teams to define clear reward philosophies, strategies, and guiding principles.

Clients describe me as high-energy, strategic, and highly practical. I am known for translating complex reward challenges into clear, actionable solutions, often drawing on analogies to make the detail accessible and meaningful, and always bespoke for each client challenge.

I work closely with clients to shape reward approaches that are fair, market-informed, and aligned to business goals, while also helping teams communicate reward in a way employees can understand and trust.

My background spans finance, operations, HR, and reward, with deep sector experience in retail, hospitality, and services. I have also worked extensively with charities, including chairing the Remuneration Committees of both a national charity and two district councils.
